Troshini Naidoo
Troshini Naidoo is a highly qualified primary school teacher specializing in Mathematics and Natural Sciences for learners aged 10-14. With an honours degree in Curriculum Studies from the University of Durban Westville, she has dedicated the past 15 years to Whole School Development (WSD). Troshini joined the Abu Dhabi Education Council, tasked with improving teachers' subject knowledge and pedagogical skills in EFAL and Mathematics. She played a similar role at the Malaysia Education Department. She was subsequently appointed as the South African Project Manager for the UNAWE and European Union Project, implementing an astronomy program reaching over 15,000 young children aged 4-7 across all nine provinces. In 2014, Troshini joined the KST WSD program as the Curriculum Project Manager in the Fezile Dabi district, project managing the implementation of curriculum initiatives across 172 schools. Currently serving as the Education Project Manager at SGS Consulting, Troshini leads the project management of the Anglo American South African (AASA) Education Programme in 109 schools across four business units. She also actively engages with social justice organizations within the Ford Foundation Resource Hub, ensuring effective systems and support for client organizations.
